How do I know you won't take a long time on purpose so that you can charge me more?
After looking over your paper, I will send you a quote regarding the time I anticipate spending on your paper and an estimate of the cost in the form of a range (e.g. $12-$35). You have my guarantee that, even if it takes me longer than I expect, I will not charge you more than the maximum amount listed in your quote (unless you request additional help).
Will I be able to see the changes you have made to my paper?
Yes! I always use the "track changes" and "comments" features on Microsoft Word/Google Docs so that you can see my suggestions and choose whether you would like to implement them or not.
Can I send my paper as a Word document instead of a Google Doc link?
Yes! After looking over the first page or so of your document to give you a quote, I will (usually) end up using Microsoft Word to edit your paper anyway. If you would prefer to send it to me that way right off the bat, send me an email directly at hayleeburnettediting@gmail.com rather than filling out the contact form.
Will you proofread my paper again after I implement your initial edits?
You are welcome to send your paper back to me after implementing my suggestions; however, this may result in an additional charge, depending on how long it takes to perform another review.
